A day flow at the market


Products Arrival

The market accepts products arriving all day. These products are carried one after another from the evening of the day before the transaction is conducted, and arranged all at 4:00 p.m.


Matching Transactions

Before negotiating transactions, buyers look over products prior to matching transactions. These transactions that the wholesale prices and the quantity are decided among buyer and seller at 5:00 p.m.


Seafood Auction

The seafood auction begins at 5:50 a.m. (A tuna auction begins at 6:30 a.m.) Buyers and Sellers decide the wholesale prices, transferring along with the products.


Sorting and Carrying

After matching transactions and auctions,the products that the market bought from wholesalers are sorted, carried, and sended to each retail store.
